Inverclyde Tree Surgery

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 20, 2026

About this service

This website advertises tree surgery services in Inverclyde and nearby areas. We connect members of the public with independent local arborists and contractors. Unless we clearly state otherwise in writing, we are not the employer of those contractors and do not carry out tree work ourselves.

No guarantee of attendance or price

We aim to route urgent enquiries promptly, but we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, attend within a particular time, or complete work at a specific price. Any quote, contract, or workmanship is between you and the contractor you choose.

Calls and recordings

Telephone calls may be logged, timed, and recorded or monitored for quality, training, billing, and dispute resolution. By contacting us you consent to such processing where permitted by law.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact details and a fair description of the work required. You must have authority to request tree work at the property and, where needed, obtain permissions (for example conservation areas, Tree Preservation Orders, or landlord consent) before work proceeds.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from contractor delay, cancellation, workmanship, property damage, injury, or any dispute between you and a contractor. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false enquiries, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site applies when you use the service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Courts in Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply where you live.
